Ratel Robotics is a four-person team in Tallinn with a driving prototype and a customer trial ahead. We are expanding the engineering team and accept open applications.

Mechanical
Chassis, suspension, running gear and payload mounts, from design through fabrication and field testing.
Electrical and power
48 V traction, battery packs and BMS, charging, and power distribution for payloads.
Embedded and software
Motor control, teleoperation, communications, and the autonomy stack currently in development.
Systems and test
Integration, field trials, instrumentation, and resolving faults found during testing.
What to expect
Small and earlyThe company is pre-revenue and grant-funded, with four people. Work regularly falls outside a defined role.
On siteThe vehicle and the team are in Tallinn. These are workshop roles and not remote positions.
Short development cycleDesign, fabrication and field testing sit with the same four people.
Programme backingThe programme is funded by the Estonian Ministry of Defence and tested with Estonian units.
